Baked Bonitos with Bay Leaves

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced bonito
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Add salt and pepper on bonitos.
  3. Spread the bonito pieces at the wax paper on the tray.
  4. Place the bay leaves on the bonitos.
  5. Bake the bonitos until they are golden brown
  6. Serve with plenty of salad and greens.
