- 2 sliced bonito
- 2-3 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Add salt and pepper on bonitos.
- Spread the bonito pieces at the wax paper on the tray.
- Place the bay leaves on the bonitos.
- Bake the bonitos until they are golden brown
- Serve with plenty of salad and greens.
