- 250 g lean ground beef
- 250 g fine bulgur
- 3 eggs
- 1 large onion
- 1.5 teaspoon of cumin
- salt and pepper
- Pour hot water over bulgur in bowl and close the cover. Let stand till bulgur softened.
- Put grated onion, 1 egg, ground beef, salt and pepper on softened bulgur and knead thoroughly.
- After shaping patties, dip in beaten egg and deepfry.
- Bulgur patties are served hot.
