  • 250 g lean ground beef
  • 250 g fine bulgur
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1.5 teaspoon of cumin
  • salt and pepper


  1. Pour hot water over bulgur in bowl and close the cover. Let stand till bulgur softened.
  2. Put grated onion, 1 egg, ground beef, salt and pepper on softened bulgur and knead thoroughly.
  3. After shaping patties, dip in beaten egg and deepfry.
  4. Bulgur patties are served hot.
