Ingredients
- 6 pieces chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 cup corn meal
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into the julienne form.
- Dip the chickens in flour.
- Beat the eggs, oregano, salt, pepper, curry and grated garlic.
- Dip the chickens in this mixture then corn meal.
- Deepfry the chickens.
- Serve the crispy chickens hot.
