- 600g diced lamb
- 15 shallots
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel the shallots.
- Saute shallots, diced lamb with vegetable oil in the pot.
- Add the tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat.
