Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar by mixer.
  2. Add vegetable oil and continue to whisk.
  3. Peel and grate the carrots.
  4. Sift the flour into different bowl.
  5. Add chocolate chips, after sifting cinnamon and baking powder on the flour.
  6. Add grated carrots into the egg and sugar mixture, continue to whisk.
  7. Stir in flour mixture by spatula.
  8. Pour into greased and floured pan.
  9. Bake pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 150°C and continue to bake for 45 minutes.
  11. After cooling down sprinkle the powdered sugar.
