Ingredients
- ½ kg carrots
- 3 large onions
- ½ cup olive oil
- salt, red pepper flakes
FOR SAUCE
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 tablespoons plain yogurt
- salt, red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Sliced carrots are steamed or boiled in plenty of water.
- Sliced onion into half rings is caramelized with olive oil in the pan.
- Boiled or steamed carrot are added on caramelized onions and stir them approximately 1 minute.
- After adding salt and pepper, get the pan from the stove.
SAUCE
- Add grated garlic and salt then mix up.
- Heat the olive oil and add red pepper flakes.
- When the carrots are cooling down, pour the yogurt sauce and sprinkle peppered olive oil on them.
