Ingredients
- 6 red peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper paste
- 1.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1.5 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups walnuts
- 4 slices of stale bread
- ¾ small cup olive oil
- 3-4 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- salt
Instructions
- Roast the peppers in the oven or on the stove.
- Peel and clean the seeds.
- Get the peppers into the blender or food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the peppers.
- Run the blender or food processor.
- Blend until all ingredients is pureed.
- Serve on a plate after sprinkle olive oil on muhammara with bread slices.
